Aretos combines the parts of those tools most people actually use daily — team chat, structured notes, and automatic scheduling — into a single, simpler system, so you no longer need to keep three separate subscriptions in sync.

How does Purcoll use my data?

We follow EU data and privacy laws to keep your data encrypted and private. Purcoll will not use your data to train AI models unless you opt in to a request to share your data. This is also true for any AI subprocessor that we are using for the sole purpose of providing you with AI based features.

Is my data stored in Europe?

Yes. Aretos is built and hosted entirely in the European Union. All data, including backups, stays on EU infrastructure and is handled under GDPR as a minimum standard, not a maximum one.

How does the automatic planning actually work?

When you tell Aretos about a task, a deadline, or a goal, it schedules the work into your day automatically. If something changes — a call runs long, a task takes longer than expected — Aretos replans the rest of your day around the new reality instead of leaving you to rebuild it by hand. Preferred working hours, deadlines and maximum weekly working hours are taken into account.

Every project or task you create in Aretos can be linked to a personal or team goal. Aretos uses every information to prioritize your day around what actually moves your goals forward, rather than just what arrived most recently.

What are accespted payment methods?

We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands. Individual business plans can also pay via SEPA or a bank invoice. Contact our sales team for more information.

Where can I find my invoices?

If you have a single plan or are an admin of your organization you can access, view, and download your invoices by going to Settings -> Subscription, then scolling to Invoices. Invoices can only be downloaded as PDF.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Plans are billed either monthly or annually with no long-term contract, and you can cancel from your account at any time. Special business plans follow the terms agreed with our sales team.

What happens with my data after cancellation?

After the end of your subscription you still have the possibility to a limited-access to download your data. After 6 months of inactivity or 30 days after deleting your account, all user data that we don't need because of legal reasons will be deleted permanently.

If you believe you've made a mistake subscribing to an Aretos, please contact support within 14 days of signing up for monthly billing or 30 days for annual billing. Every day, you used the product will be charged. If you are for any reason unhappy with Aretos, please let us know - we'd love to hear your feedback, and will be happy to work with you to create the best experience possible.

Aretos currently operates in English and German, with Italian, French, Spanish and Hungarian support rolling out as we expand across European markets.

Every plan includes access to our help center and email support, with faster response times and live chat on Collaborator and Orchestrator plans. Visit the support page to see full response times per plan. You must be logged in to access support.
